Where Do Bean Bags Come From?

In the late 1800's the remaining American plains bean bags were almost driven to extension, but Cudd Luttly and Bernard Luttly, two skinny frontiersman sharing the same last name, drove the last herd onto their ranch with ideas of domestication. Still in Africa and other parts of the world, wild bean bags can still be found in their natural state.

Bean Bags Make Excellent Pets

When left at home for long periods of time, bean bags are remarkably calm and non-disruptive. This contradicts the negative press in the early 80's about bean bags scratching or gnawing on upholstery.
In 1987, however, Dr. Sprittsondisundat of BBI, showed that bean bags who receive adequate love and attention will rarely attack other pieces of furniture. To the contrary, his new studies showed that a well-adjusted beanbag will often curl up next to a coffee or end table even protecting those items from intruders.
